I’ve been bringing my 2001 Ford Explorer to Leonardi’s for a number of years now. They’re always professional, work fast, and never push stuff on me that I don’t need, but do let me know what issues to prepare for in the future. My latest experience had to do with a leaking sunroof. I dropped it off Sunday night with a note explaining the problem and I got a call from Tony Monday morning around 10:30 a.m. explaining all options. Before 5:00 that evening I picked it up and the problem was solved. They also checked a belt for me that they were concerned about. Awesome service every time. I won’t go anywhere else.
