I only gave four stars because i think everyone can improve in some area. Like A bigger facility! I have been going to Leonardi's for a almost twenty years.Tony and his staff are honest and professional.I am a lifer!

One of the last places where you get great service at a great price. I live in Santa Rosa and change my schedule to get my car serviced at Leonardi Automotive. These guys are great! I have taken several of our family cars there over the past 10 years and have received nothing but excellent work - they quote the job and stick to it, they repair only what is needed, and they listen. Plus they often send out great coupons. Recently I had a tail light out and took it in. Frank check it, replaced the bulb, replaced the other tail light bulb as well, AND didn't charge me. I don't think he recognized me and he didn't have my name. Now that was truly an act of kindness! Thanks guys!! The last visit to them was for a tuneup and brakes and overall check (140k mi. on 2002 Chrysler). While I was hiking on Angel Island, they called to tell me of other problems. I know it wasn't an up-sell; I know my car had problems. I told them to hold off on any repairs, asked them about the new cars I was considering and bought a Ford Escape. Again, they were a good & trusted source and I love my new Escape! Happy, happy customer.

The automotive repair business has changed allot over the years along with the quality of work some shops provide. Leonardi Automotive is a great example of doing it right, they offer quality customer service and carry that quality into the repair of your vehicle. They have cared for and repaired my cars and trucks for 20 years now and quality of work and customer service is and allways has been top notch. Honesty is huge for me and I make a point of doing business only with people who tell it how it is, good news or bad in regards to your vehicle, and the repairs it might need, they are straight up front with you.

They handled everything professionally, they were thorough, they did everything they said they would, they were on time.

I have been taking my Nissan to Leonardi for years. Just recently they had to replace my whole clutch system. One of the parts they received for the repair was faulty and gladly took my car back in free of charge and replaced the part for free. They were considerate and kind and even agreed to pay for a rental car for me. I will always bring my car to Leonardi for all of my maintenance and repairs. They stand behind their work and are always pleasant and helpful to me. I trust them with my car's needs completely!
