I’ve had several oil changes completed at Leonardi Automotive. They are always super professional, provide excellent service, and reasonable rates. I have no reservations recommending their services to anyone.

I called the shop and set up an appointment for my car as I know it needed a little tender loving care. It definitely needed to be checked out and found that it needed a brake job, which I had knew I needed. I just told them to go over the car completely and to let me know what else might be coming my way next year. So they did find that my ball joints were in need of replacement next year, so I will be saving my money for that job. I have to say they’re always honest with me about my car. They call and tell me what the cost will be before they do the work. They have a courtesy car to take you where you need to go while they work on your car. They can also pick you up if you need a ride. They are always friendly! It is hard to find someone that you can trust and I trust Leonardi Automotive.

Very professional and reasonable price

I was a referral customer, as I imagine many of their customers are. This is a local, relationship-oriented business - which means they provide their customers with a high-level of integrity, quality work, and reasonable prices. I had a Mazda 6 that needed break pads and rotors, a new battery, and a 100k mile all-points service. I called on a Monday, they took the car on Thursday and returned it on Friday. Provided a complete inspection report to estimate cost and get my authorization before proceeding with any work. Total bill including tax came in a couple hundred less than I guessed the cost would be before tax. 100% satisfied with the work, pricing, and customer service, and will be a repeat customer (and referral source) going forward.
