I have to be VERY impressed or VERY ticked off to leave a review. Hands down, Leonardi gets five stars from me, as well as all of my future auto-related business. Over the phone and in person, each of the five people I interacted with was kind, accommodating, and honest. Tony clearly communicated both needful and unnecessary repairs. He didn’t try to sell unnecessary service. He went above and beyond my initial need. We will be going to Leonardi’s again and I won’t even feel bad paying to fix my car because of how much I trust these guys. Never before have I had such a positive experience with vehicle repair.

Friendly, helpful staff. Easy to schedule service, very reasonable pricing for services, honest, no upswelling. Am very happy to be able to find a service provider for my low mileage Mazda in my north Marin community. Will happily return for future services and recommend business to others.

I really appreciate Leonardi’s and the work they do. The big difference from a dealership and Leonardi’s is that at this place you get to actually talk to someone who knows exactly what’s happening to your car. At dealerships your only contact is a “service advisor” who’s likely never had his/her head under the hood. Also, you can be assured the Leonardi’s is never going to recommend a repair that’s not needed.
