They are patient, calm and methodical for both the regular maintenance and unexpected circumstances. They also consider their clients' time schedules and financial needs. I feel as though I had special treatment and there is pride in the work that was done, no matter how small. The service is personalized, not like a dealership where I have felt like I'm a vehicle number and I'm a robot that pays and leaves.
