I brought my 2018 C400 Mercedes a few days ago after a somewhat frustrating experience with Mercedes Marin’s service department. I won’t beat up Mercedes Marin here, but I will never take it anywhere. There was a blood curdling squeak and my break light turned on a month or so after my last 50k service. They identified the issue(s) in a matter of hours, offered me options to fix them remaining conscious of costs/payments, ordered the parts and my car as good as new in just a few days. I didn’t get a chance to meet the folks who did the work, but thank you everyone. Edgar was a breath of fresh air and instilled confidence and trust from the first interaction. Even the owner personally texted me. Thank you!
