I brought my 2003 Ford Explorer into Leonardi Automotive on July 1st with a passenger side front window that would no longer go up or down and on July 2nd I brought it home all fixed. If that isn't service than there is no such thing. Less than twenty- four hours! They also did a complimentary thorough inspection on the car to let me know what service is needed. As for the window, first they had diagnose the problem then order parts, receive the parts, install the parts and inspect the car all in one day.
